At Just Jump, we strive to always be a SAFE, FUN and CLEAN place for our employees and guests to work and play! These days, safety and cleanliness go hand in hand. That’s why we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure every single surface in our parks is cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.
• We encourage guests to sign waivers and purchase tickets online ahead of time.
• We have reduced our capacity to 50% – even more reason to purchase tickets ahead of time!
• Temperatures are being checked at the door for all guests and employees. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4°F will not be allowed in the park.
• We spray every day with bioPURE™ Clean, a product is three times stronger than bleach and effective against COVID, and other germs and contaminants that cause colds, the flu and much more!
• Guests, customers and employees are screened for symptoms at the door. Anyone exhibiting symptoms will not be allowed in the park.
• We encourage only one person in check-in and concession lines per group at a time.
• Hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the park.
• Two sets of dodgeballs will are being used so one can be disinfected after each game.
• Basketballs are disinfected after every use.
• Employees wear face covers at all times and gloves as appropriate.
• Ninja activities are disinfected regularly.
• Heavily touched places are continually cleaned and disinfected.
Additionally, we have continued and improved our regular cleaning schedule! Our employees complete the following tasks each and every day:
• Clean ALL park handrails from top to bottom
• Clean ALL trampolines
• Clean cubbies and lockers
• Clean all waiver station screens and keyboards
• Clean all credit card pin pads
• Clean massage chairs
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean all furniture
• Remove all trash and clean trashcan lids
• Clean mezzanine and party areas
• Clean equipment in obstacle course and gladiator pit
• Clean all balls in ball pit, basketball and dodgeball
• Vacuum all rugs
• Clean all nozzles on fountain drink machines
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean employee break room
